CFF-Ghana brings together local and international stakeholders to work together in partnerships at the local, national and international levels. The established collaboration and networking works in a way that involves local people as part/ joint owners and promoters of sustainable development in Ghana. We have carved a niche for ourselves in development work in Ghana, West Africa. As part of our partnerships and collaboration efforts, we were able to establish partnerships with local and international organizations including Young Visionary Leaders Ghana, Scaleup Future, Civil Society Platform on Social Protection Ghana (CSPSP-Gh), Foundation for Security Development in Africa (FOSDA), Pencils of Promise Ghana, World Vision Ghana, and African Social Research Lab among other organizations.

We are also a member of major Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) Networks/Coalitions in Ghana. CFF-Ghana belongs to; Ghana National Education Campaign Coalition (GNECC), CSOs Platform on the SDGs, Ghana Social Accountability Platform, Coalition of NGOs in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (CONIWAS), Coalition of NGOs in Nutrition and Food Security (CONFSEC), and Coalition of NGOs Against Child Trafficking (CNACT).

As a volunteer-led organization, the Foundation has a strong volunteer presence. This progress is represented by the established partnerships and effective volunteer opportunities which exist in our organization.
